The #1 Rated Luxury Rehab in Los Angeles, CA

The hesitation is rarely about awareness. It’s about everything else: what rehab will mean for your career, your reputation, your family, and whether a 30-day program will actually be enough. Whether you’ll be treated as a person or processed as a patient.

These are the right questions to ask. And they’re exactly the ones our team is built to answer.

Luxury rehab at Legacy Healing Center in Los Angeles is designed for people who need effective, medically rigorous treatment, and who also need it to fit the reality of their lives. Private accommodations, discreet admissions, individualized treatment planning, and structured aftercare are not add-ons here. They are the standard.

What Sets Our Luxury Rehab Apart

The word “luxury” gets used loosely in addiction treatment. Here is what it specifically means at Legacy Healing Center.

Clinical Depth, Not Just Comfort

executive level privacy
Every treatment plan begins with a comprehensive clinical assessment, substance use history, mental health screening, medical evaluation, and withdrawal risk. From that, a personalized plan is built. Not a template. Not a track. A plan built around your needs, adjusted as you progress.

Privacy as a Standard, Not a Feature

Our six-bed boutique facility in Tarzana, Los Angeles means a low census by design. Small group sizes, private accommodations, and a discreet admissions process are not upgrades, they are part of how this program operates. Your presence at Legacy remains confidential.

A Continuum, Not a Single Program

A-Continuum,-Not-a-Single-Program
Recovery does not end at discharge. Aftercare planning begins from day one. Our clinical team coordinates the full arc of treatment, from detox through residential rehab, into outpatient support and sober living, so there are no gaps in care when you transition back to everyday life.

Dual Diagnosis as the Starting Point

A-Continuum,-Not-a-Single-Program
Substance use and mental health conditions rarely travel alone. Anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders are addressed in parallel with addiction treatment, not deferred to a separate program. Our dual diagnosis approach ensures both are treated with equal clinical rigor.

From Your First Call to Life After Rehab

Recovery doesn’t begin at check-in and end at discharge. Here is what the experience at Legacy looks like from beginning to ongoing support.

Stage 1

Confidential Assessment & Admissions

Your first call is private and pressure-free. Our admissions team conducts a confidential clinical assessment to understand your situation, answer your questions honestly, and determine whether our program is the right fit. Insurance verification, travel coordination, and intake logistics are handled for you.

Stage 2

Medical Detox (Where Needed)

For clients who require medical stabilization before beginning residential treatment, our supervised detox program is integrated directly into the broader rehab plan. Detox is not treated as a separate, standalone service, the clinical team managing your detox coordinates directly with your residential treatment goals from day one.

Stage 3

Residential Inpatient Treatment

Residential rehab at our Los Angeles luxury facility combines individual therapy, group sessions, dual diagnosis treatment, and evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care. Daily structure provides consistency and momentum, while individual sessions provide depth. Your treatment plan is reviewed and adjusted regularly throughout your stay.

Stage 4

Dual Diagnosis & Mental Health Treatment

If anxiety, depression, PTSD, or another co-occurring condition is contributing to substance use, it is addressed here, simultaneously, not sequentially. Our psychiatric and clinical team treats both conditions as connected, because they are.

Stage 5

Discharge Planning & Aftercare

Before you leave, your team has already built what comes next. Aftercare planning includes outpatient programming, sober living placement if appropriate, continued therapy referrals, and long-term accountability structures. You do not leave Legacy without a clear, supported path forward.

Where You Recover Matters

Research consistently shows that treatment completion rates are significantly higher in environments that feel safe, dignified, and welcoming. Our Los Angeles luxury rehab facility was designed with that in mind, a private, boutique residential setting that removes the clinical coldness of traditional rehab without compromising the medical rigor underneath.

Private Suites for Rest & Dignity

Luxurious rehab center in LA
Each client stays in a private room, not a shared ward, not a dormitory. Comfortable furnishings, quality bedding, and individual space allow you to rest, decompress, and maintain a sense of personal dignity throughout treatment.

Southern California Outdoor Spaces

Outdoor-spaces
Southern California’s climate is one of the most healing in the world. Landscaped outdoor areas, palm-lined spaces, and poolside lounge areas offer moments of calm, fresh air, and grounding throughout the day. These spaces are not incidental, they are part of the therapeutic environment.

This Program Is Built for People Who Need More Than a Standard 30-Day Stay

Luxury rehab at Legacy Healing Center is not the right fit for everyone, and that is intentional. Our program is designed for a specific kind of person.

  • Privacy Is Non-Negotiable

Your career, reputation, or family situation makes confidentiality essential. Our discreet admissions process and boutique census ensure your presence at Legacy remains private.

  • Treatment Hasn’t Held Before

You’ve tried treatment and it didn’t stick. You’re looking for deeper clinical structure, more individual attention, and a program that’s genuinely built around you, not a standardized track.

  • Co-Occurring Mental Health Conditions

Anxiety, depression, trauma, or a mood disorder has not been adequately addressed alongside addiction. You need both treated with the same clinical rigor, at the same time.

  • You Need a Full Continuum

Not just detox. Not just rehab. A connected pathway from stabilization through residential treatment, outpatient support, and structured aftercare, without gaps in care.

  • Comfort & Clinical Standards Both Matter

You want an environment where the quality of care matches the quality of the setting. Not one or the other. You’re not willing to sacrifice either.

  • Your Family Needs Support Too

Recovery affects everyone close to you. Our program includes family therapy options and communication support so your loved ones are informed and supported throughout the process.

Not sure if this is the right level of care? Our admissions team will help you determine the best fit.

This place is amazing. As someone who has struggled with addiction most of my life and has been to several treatment facilities, Legacy was by far the best. They are extremely accommodating to their patients, the staff felt more like a family than a facility, and I feel like the genuinely care about the people who come through those doors. The groups are smaller, so they feel more personal. Dawn, one of the facilitators, is incredibly kind and really cares about the people she works with. Warren, one of the therapists, is probably one of the best people I've ever met, even the chefs are the nicest people(shout out JZ). The techs treat you like you are a person, nkt a number. Clarissa is truly amazing and Phillip keeps the house in high spirits.Hopefully this will be my last treatment, but rest assured, if I were ever to relapse, I wouldn't hesitate to call them.

Big shout out to Dennis for getting me here swiftly!! I enjoyed the holistic approach with 2 groups a day, individual therapy weekly, self-care (massage, chiropractor, facial, personal trainer), and alone time to process and relax outside in nature. The swings, pool, and hot tub were an added bonus. Warren is amazing. He is gentle, thoughtful, and insightful. The group facilitators (Dawn, Joy, Emir, and Anissa) provided both education and fantastic support to everyone. Joy took it a step further in planning the next session based upon the needs identified in the previous group. The behavior techs (Clarissa, Monica, Monica, Rava, Jimmy, etc.) were timely in response to every request and provided support. The chefs' adapted well and went out of their way to assure everyone's dietary requests and needs were met. Love the daily fruit shake! The case manager, Sarah, was timely, personal, and initiated processes without needing to ask. The medical team (Shaza, Skeku, Richard, Eliza, Gerald, Derrick, etc.) immediately addressed all concerns with medication with education and changes. Overall, a fantastic experience for a dark point in my life. This is my second time here and hopefully my last! I will highly recommend Legacy Healing Center. Thank you for everything!!!

The Castillian house and staff were amazing. Such a nice house and all the techs and nurses were very helpful and caring. Dawn, Warren , Monica, Bree , Clarissa, Andrew and Will were just fun to be around , always in a good mood and laughing and do way more than is required of them in their job descriptions and they should be getting raises for their work ethic and ability to always be positive. Just a great environment to recover in. The chefs were great too. Can’t say enough about legacy and how much this program helped me !

Overall, I am incredibly grateful to the Legacy staff members for a great experience. Staff did a fantastic job making me feel heard when I needed something or brought up a concern. My only concern was the disorganization of the higher ups at Legacy. However, all BHTs, nurses, therapists, case managers, and group facilitators were excellent. I pray I don't relapse, but if I do, I feel more than comfortable and willing to return to this program.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the Castilian location. In the past I have been to many other places that felt like they were more worried about quantity more than quality. Here I have received a more private level of care including the detox. Everyone from the medical staff to the people who work at the house daily all listened to every concern I had and would do what could to take care of it.

This is my second time at Legacy, and once again I was welcomed back immediately with no questions asked. Thank you, Travis, for making that transition so easy.

I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful my experiences at Legacy have been. The techs are some of the most experienced, kind, and knowledgeable people I’ve encountered when it comes to addiction and recovery. The psychiatric nurse and psychiatrist work hand in hand with the nursing staff to ensure medications are appropriate and that I’m not experiencing any negative side effects, which gave me great peace of mind.

The food was phenomenal! Thank you to the chefs, Mike, April, and Alec. I’m also incredibly grateful to the techs who worked so closely with me: Will, Bri, Ivan, Ty, Ray, Derrick, Rava, and supervisor Sophina. The group leaders’ vast knowledge, empathy, and understanding made a lasting impact—thank you, Lindsey, Dawn, Joy, and Marlena.

Through this experience, I’m leaving sober and deeply grateful for my fellow clients. We leaned on each other for communication, comfort, and support while missing our families and work, knowing that this time spent healing will help us return as better family members and employees. The empathy shown throughout my stay was truly meaningful.

My counselor, Nicole, was exceptional at recognizing and helping me address my core issues surrounding my alcohol use. My Case Manager, Sarah, went above and beyond by providing me with future resources so I can continue carrying on my sobriety after discharge.

Legacy has played a crucial role in my recovery, and I am deeply thankful to everyone who made this experience so positive and life changing.

With gratitude,

This place is top notch service. Its like what you see on TV for celebrities. There is a personal chef for each house. Plenty of space to stretch your legs and personal rooms. The group sessions twice a day are unmatched to anything you have probably ever exspirenced in a situation where you need treatment. Check out the website, and once you see it, you'll take the dive to get the help you need. I highly recommend Legacy out here in California, especially if you have never been to the West Coast. This is a healing exspirence I know I will never forget. Also the staff is extremely helpful and kind. Take the plunge and make the call to get sober and sound. You won't regret it.

I came into treatment with a bad attitude thinking the worst and within the first day of being here I realized I was blessed to have landed at legacy. Legacy has made me feel like a Queen from that first call that I made to them. When I was at the darkest time in my life, they helped me by taking care of all the details so that I could focus on my recovery. They booked my flight, got me to California safely, picked me up from the airport. They say “luxury rehab” and 1000% live up to it. I had a personal chef, personal trainer, messages, manicures and massages. These amenities aren’t by any means necessary, however it definitely made my stay better. The staff go out of their way to support and love on their patients.
My clinical staff, I can’t express how incredible they were. They met me right where I was at, they specifically pinpointed what I needed to work on and developed a treatment plan with me.
I’m now 50 days sober and extremely thankful and genuinely grateful to all that they have done for me. I highly recommend making that first call just as I did. You won’t regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly cared for and supported. The staff is incredibly compassionate, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping each person succeed in their recovery journey. You can tell they really love what they do and go above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable and understood.

The group sessions are amazing and so informative—I learned so much about myself, addiction, and how to build a healthy, fulfilling life moving forward. Each group is led by people who clearly know what they’re talking about, and they create such a safe and open environment to share and grow.

And let’s talk about the house—it’s like a world-class mansion! Beautiful, spotless, and filled with every amenity you could ask for. From the cozy rooms to the outdoor spaces and recreational areas, it’s truly a peaceful, luxurious environment that makes healing feel possible.

If you’re looking for a place that truly combines comfort, education, and compassionate care, this is the place to go. It exceeded every expectation I had and changed my life for the better.

I had an incredible experience at Legacy Healing Center CA. My therapist Scott was incredible. He really helped me to start working on the root of my SUD. The BHT’s were kind and ensured we felt more than comfortable. Our chefs provided us with Michelin star food! Honestly the best food I’ve ever had in a treatment center and or restaurants. The facility was beautiful and I learned a lot from the facilitators and therapists.

Alumni coordinator, Isabella, got me back into treatment multiple times. She continually checked on me. She cares and it shows. Without her guidance and support, I wouldn’t have made it back into treatment. I’m so grateful for Isabella.

Do You Have Questions? We have Answers.

Our admissions team can help you understand your options, confidentially.

Frequently Asked Questions

Each day is structured to balance therapeutic work with rest and wellness. Mornings typically begin with a wellness activity, yoga, meditation, or light exercise, followed by individual therapy and group sessions. Afternoons may include specialty therapy (trauma-focused, CBT, or DBT-based), case management meetings, or holistic programming. Evenings are designed for rest, reflection, and community. The schedule is consistent enough to provide stability while flexible enough to accommodate your individual plan.

Privacy is built into how our program operates, not added on as a feature. Our boutique six-bed facility means a small, controlled census. We do not operate large-scale group settings where anonymity is harder to maintain. All staff are bound by strict confidentiality standards. Our admissions process is entirely private, and we do not share client information without explicit consent.

Residential treatment works best when clients can step back from daily demands, that separation is part of what makes it effective. That said, we understand that complete disconnection is not always realistic. Our team will work with you during the admissions process to discuss your specific situation and determine what accommodation is appropriate. Many clients find that the structured environment here actually provides more clarity and focus than they expected.

The difference is primarily in the ratio of clinical attention to client load, the quality of the environment, and the level of individualization. Standard residential programs often operate with large group sizes and standardized treatment tracks. Our luxury program is deliberately small, which means your treatment plan is genuinely built around you, your clinical team knows your case in depth, and every aspect of your stay is designed to support both comfort and recovery.

Aftercare planning is not an afterthought at Legacy, it begins at admission. Before discharge, your clinical team has built a structured plan that may include step-down to outpatient care, sober living placement, continued individual therapy, and long-term accountability support. We treat discharge not as an ending, but as a transition into the next phase of recovery.

Program length is determined by clinical assessment, not by a fixed calendar. Most clients begin with a 30-day residential stay, with extensions to 60 or 90 days recommended based on clinical progress, substance history, and dual diagnosis complexity. Longer stays are associated with significantly better long-term outcomes, particularly for clients with prior treatment history or co-occurring mental health conditions.
